A very comfortable accommodation with all the necessary amenities included. Hosts were personable, flexible, and very helpful. Accessible to other parts of the island by car or taxi. Perfect for a short stay &/or 1-2 travellers. Will strongly consider staying here again.

We could not recommend Frenz highly enough to anybody visiting Soufriere! The apartment is clean, cosy, beautifully located and has a breathtaking view of the Pitons. Britney, the property manager, has to have been one of the most generous hosts we’ve ever come across. She went above and beyond with her recommendations and itinerary planning, which made such a difference to our stay! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

the location is why we stayed here! everything you need is within 10 minutes or less walking distance. Brittany and Jose were very attentative and had many great recommendations for activities, restaurants, places to go/see and it was all very helpful! they even reserved them for us! extremely happy with our stay!

My daughter and I stayed at Frenz, and we had a lovely time. What made the stay very pleasant was how attentive the host, Britney, was. Her responsiveness was exceptional-I could contact her about anything, and she responded right away. She was able to accommodate us by connecting us with drivers, arranging a last-minute car rental, making restaurant reservations, and organizing excursions if needed. I was still in contact with her even after I checked out her unit; that's how sweet she was.
The accommodation itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The neighborhood was convenient if you plan on doing a few of the activities in Soufriere. Sugar Beach, sulfur baths, Toraille Waterfall, and beautiful restaurants like Treetop are a 10-to 15-minute drive away. There are also local restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Overall, my daughter and I had a fab stay and would definitely recommend staying at Frenz if you're looking for a great spot.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay in St. Lucia. The location was peaceful and scenic perfect for relaxing and soaking in the island’s natural beauty. The host was welcoming and responsive, and everything was clean, cozy, and just as described.
As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and supported throughout my trip, and I truly enjoyed my days exploring the island. One of the highlights was the recommended taxi service. Shane Boy and his drivers were incredible! Always responsive, reliable, and super helpful in getting me to and from my destinations safely and comfortably.
Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a serene, stress-free getaway with local charm and great support throughout your trip!

Britney was by far one of the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb! From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. She created our entire itinerary for us, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our vacation.
My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 days, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to her. She also set us up with a very professional driver who was just as reliable and kind, which made getting around simple.
If you’re considering booking with her, don’t hesitate. She’s incredible!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The apartment had everything you could think of and we really enjoyed the pool. 😁 The co-host was very proactive from the moment we booked to getting us settled upon arrival. I highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere south of the island but also peaceful.

Britney, our contact during our stay, was a wonderful host & great with communication. She connected us to a driver, made dinner reservations and booked a water taxi. She even gave us a heads up that there was a national holiday the next day, which meant many places would be closed except for the restaurants on a list she provided us. The space was cozy & clean, and the location perfect for exploring not only the nearby natural attractions — Tet Paul hike, mud bath, waterfalls — but the wonderful fishing village of Soufrière, where we fell in love with the people and the culture. Freedom Monument may be found in humble surroundings but it pays tribute to the epic legacy of liberation here on the island.
